Agreement to Terms

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope adjustments. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for payment according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

We require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals, and ensuring pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. You must also provide accurate information about your property and disclose any known issues that may affect the project.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Cancellation policies vary by project stage and will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable after materials are ordered or work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our work, and details are available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. Any unresolved disputes will be handled according to Texas state law.
